The Northside Urban Partnership (Northside UP) is an urban revitalization collaborative dedicated to engaging diverse groups of people and organizations in turning the Northside of Syracuse right-side up. The organization, formed out of a partnership between Catholic Charities, St. Joseph's Hospital, CenterState CEO, and Franciscan Collaborative Ministries, works to make the Northside an exciting destination to visit and a place to call home.
