Training & Education

CenterState CEO offers Training & Education programs on topics including sales, customer service, leadership and business management. CenterState CEO membership allows all employees of the business to attend training and education events at member cost.

Executive Dialogue

Executive Dialogue is a FREE CenterState CEO member program designed exclusively for business owners, upper management, and company decision makers.  Groups of 10-12 non-competing business owners and/or executives meet monthly to confidentially discuss issues and opportunities that matter most to their businesses.

  • Peer-to-peer expertise sharing on best business practices, successes and challenges
  • Candid and confidential group problem solving and review of business issues
  • Relevant discussions to improve your business

Executive Dialogue members must commit to attend one two-hour meeting each month, and are asked to host one meeting during the October to June program year. Free orientation and training sessions are provided for all participants. Executive Dialogue Group Leaders receive special training to ensure the discussions remain focused and targeted on selected topics.

Executive Leadership Series

CenterState CEO offers members a six-month comprehensive leadership series. The program is presented by CenterState CEO, with curriculum that combines academic expertise from local colleges and universities with real world insight from some of the region's top business leaders.

The Executive Leadership Development Series helps executives and rising managers reach the next level by enhancing critical thinking, communication and empowerment skills.
