Rising Executive Dialogue is a unique leadership development program for mid-level professionals – those who will be a member of the c-suite as the next step in their career. An intimate group of 8-10 participants per series enables targeted and customizable conversations, and an opportunity to build stronger relationships and deeper connections with your fellow peers.

What makes this program different?

Rising Executive Dialogue is a member only program that delivers leadership development through the confidential exchange of ideas, opportunities and challenges, alongside educational content provided by a professional facilitator. Educational topics include: leadership agility, conscious leadership, emotional intelligence and performance-based team development.

The program runs from September to June, with one meeting per month for a total of 10 two-hour sessions.
