Nationally Recognized Speakers

Floyd Little is a Pro Football Hall of Fame running back, was a three-time All-American running back at Syracuse University, and in 1967 he was the first ever first-round draft pick to sign with the American Football League’s Denver Broncos. Additionally, Little led American Professional Football in rushing from 1968-1973. He retired as the 7th leading rusher in Professional Football history with 6,323 yards rushing and 54 touchdowns. He earned his master’s in legal administration from the University of Denver and was an owner of automobile dealerships in three major cities. Little will share with attendees his business experience and the importance of leadership in the workplace.

Jerry Greenfield and his long-time friend and business partner Ben Cohen are the men behind Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc., Greenfield helped to build a store front venture into a $300 million ice cream empire. Greenfield and Cohen have been recognized for fostering their company's commitment to social responsibility by the Council on Economic Priorities and by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Greenfield is involved in promoting the social and environmental initiatives that Ben & Jerry’s undertakes. He is also President of the Ben & Jerry’s Foundation. Greenfield will share with attendees and exhibitors the path he took towards growing a successful company and the key role of social responsibility in his business model.
