Business incubator center in downtown Syracuse expands

Syracuse, N.Y. — A downtown business incubator launched 10 years ago by the Greater Syracuse Chamber of Commerce has expanded into a second building.Officials of the chamber's successor, CenterState Corporation for Economic Opportunity, opened The Tech Garden II on Monday.
