CenterState CEO Announces New Account Manager

CenterState CEO announced it has hired Lauren Devendorf as its new account manager for the Benefit Specialists of NY (BSNY) group. Previously Devendorf served as policy owner services coordinator for Northwestern Mutual where she worked directly with clients to connect them to the company’s services. In addition to her client relations experience she also brings a diversity of knowledge of the insurance and legal fields.

In her role as account manager, Devendorf is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients. She will work to ensure client satisfaction and retention by staying current on industry trends, products, and legislation.  She will also act as a resource to the community and will assist people with attaining benefits through a variety of programs.

Devendorf is a graduate of SUNY Oswego. She earned degrees in Public Justice and History. She is a native of Syracuse where she currently resides.
