CoveyCS hires 2019 Spring Interns

3/1/2019 (Utica, NY) - CoveyCS, a local business analysis consultant, and software development company has recently selected and hired two software engineering interns for 2019.

Carly Coccaro has been hired from Mohawk Valley Community College where she is pursuing an Associate Degree in Computer Applications Programming. Carly has a BA in Communication from the University of Missouri - Columbia and a background in television news production and retail management. During her time with CoveyCS she plans to acquire a more in-depth understanding of the software development process and to narrow down her area of interest within the field.

Robby Zambito has been hired from SUNY Polytechnic Institute. He is currently a sophomore in the accelerated BS/MS program for Computer Science. He is focusing his studies on decentralized software and hopes to make a meaningful impact on the growing field.

The paid internship program at CoveyCS is for local-area students pursuing degrees in the fields of Computer Science, Software Engineering, and related fields. The students began their internships in January 2019. They will be responsible for assisting software developers with full-stack development, software testing, and technology research.
