Simon’s Agency, Inc is looking for a results-oriented Human Resources professional who is personable and focused on the overall success of the team.  The selected individual must be highly efficient in time-critical situations and proficient at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Candidate must have minimum 3-5 years as an HR Generalist across the following areas.

  • Payroll processing (ADP is a plus)
  • Interviewing, Selection, orientation
  • Managing/maintaining personnel files
  • Conflict resolution
    • Manage Compensation and Benefits (Medical, 401K)
    • Ability to manage and direct projects and or project teams
    • Training, Development, and succession planning
    • Regulatory compliance
    • Work in an organization of at least 50 – 100  employees

Expectations:

  • Ability to liaison between benefit providers, help select and manage programs
  • Review department training, facilitate coaching, staff/leadership development
  • Review, update, process payroll
  • Facilitate new hire process (liaison to temp agencies, new hire set up, coordinate onboarding within the organization)
  • Manage conflict resolution at all levels
  • Strong organization, communication, analytical skills
  • Ability to manage projects and initiatives within the HR arena
