Executive Leadership Development Series 2021 |
CenterState CEO is offering members a seven month virtual comprehensive leadership series. The program is presented by CenterState CEO, with curriculum support from Onondaga Community College, Syracuse University, Le Moyne College, TEDCenter at University College, SUNY Oswego, Wells College and Ahern, Murphy & Associates and Leadership Greater Syracuse.
The Executive Leadership Development Series helps executives and rising managers reach the next level by enhancing critical thinking, communication and empowerment skills.
Course Topics include:
March 18 and 19 - Communication & Cultivating Professional Relationships
April 15 and 16 - Motivating & Empowering your Workplace
May 20 and 21 - Cultural Diversity and Equity in the Workplace
June 17 and 18 - Work Life Balance
September 23 and 24 - Critical Thinking and Reflection
October 21 and 22 - The Transformational Leader
November 18 and 19 - The ROI of Civic Engagement
Candidate Criteria:
- Recommended a minimum of 5 years professional experience showing progressively increased responsibility
- A record of accomplishment and experience in one’s respective field
- Commitment to all sessions over the course of the year; must attend all sessions to graduate from program (9:00am-10:30am)
- All students will be asked to provide their managers/supervisors with a report of what they have learned at the end of the program.
Cost:
The Executive Leadership Development Series is available exclusively to CenterState CEO Members for $1199 per person. Cost will increase to $1299 after January 12th. Enrollment is limited to 20 participants.
