Syracuse, NY – “ARISE is here for you,” states Kristen Miguel, Director of Clinical Services, “We’ve quickly ramped up our Mental Health Services to be able to accommodate anyone needing counseling.”

During these stressful times, ARISE is quickly expanding “telehealth” visits. Counseling can be conducted via telephone or video chat through devices able to access the internet such as a smartphone or tablet from virtually any location.  Services are person-centered and can address a range of mental health needs including:

  • Crisis Intervention
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Medication evaluation and management
  • Domestic violence counseling
  • Substance use treatment

As a National Health Service Corps Site, ARISE serves all individuals and families, offering discounted fees for individuals who qualify.  Insurance is accepted including Medicaid, Medicare, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). In-person appointments can also be arranged.
