CenterState CEO announced it has hired Bob Kaspryzycki as its new program manager for The Tech Garden, its technology incubator and business accelerator. Kaspryzycki most recently served as training manager for the global supplies systems at Praxair Inc., Tonawanda, New York. He brings a strong background in project management, technical training development, curriculum development, and performance improvement to the position.
“Bob brings a wealth of professional experience in managing programs and will provide guidance and connections to key resources that growing companies need,” said Rick Clonan, vice president of innovation services at CenterState CEO. “As we advance services for entrepreneurs in this region, we are extremely fortunate to have someone with his knowledge and ability on our team.”
In his role as program manager, Kaspryzycki will be responsible for the development and delivery of programs and program services for entrepreneurs and business builders. This includes the budgeting, executing and tracking of programs such as NY Hotspot, Grants for Growth, Germinator, and Genius NY. Additionally, he will work with other Tech Garden staff to develop or source curriculum, training, and mentorship activities to enhance the entrepreneurial experience.
Kaspryzycki’s background includes serving as an officer (Major) with the United States Army Reserves. He received several degrees from Syracuse University including an MBA, and has a long list of community involvement and professional affiliations.
