Loretto PACE-CNY Logistics Center

Loretto’s Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly in Central New York (PACE-CNY) is opening a new logistics center, as the program continues to grow and receive national recognition.

The new logistics center will provide centralized transportation management to PACE CNY’s fleet of 50+ vehicles and dispatch team.

“Having all vehicles and dispatch staff in one location will provide better storage, maintenance and scheduling management as the demand for transportation is increasing,” said Stephanie Button, Vice President for PACE CNY. “In addition to improving PACE CNY’s transportation management, moving these operations to this single location will make room for future expansion in the Central New York region.”

The growth of PACE services in Central New York has been recognized by the National PACE Association in two categories – “Emerging Lights” and “North Stars” – for monthly net enrollments, growth rates and market penetration.

 ·        Programs in the “Emerging Lights” category saw an increase of 10 or more participants in one month– compared to the national average growth of three PACE participants a month.

 ·        Programs in the “North Stars” category serve 20 percent or more of people aged 55 or over in their community who need long-term care services and are eligible for Medicaid; this compared to the national market penetration average of nine percent.

Loretto is actively recruiting for positions throughout PACE CNY and the entire Loretto organization as a result of their continued growth. For more information on openings, visit www.lorettocny.org/careers.

Loretto’s PACE-CNY Program offers home care and community services, activities at center locations; and transportation to PACE-CNY activities, outside doctor appointments and other activities. This program qualifies as a part of Medicaid’s Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP), which provides services to chronically ill or physically disabled individuals who have a medical need for help with activities of daily living (ADLs) or skilled nursing services.
