Tony Bond is executive vice president, chief diversity and innovation officer for Great Place to Work, where he’s worked seven years.
For 30 years, the privately owned company based in Oakland, Calif., has surveyed, studied, certified, and ranked companies with the best workplaces. Based on its findings, the company also provides consulting to improve workplace culture and performance. In Bond’s case, he’s advised a wide range of companies, including American Express, AT&T, Coca-Cola, Daimler, Dow Chemical, Indeed, the NBA, and Whole Foods.
Bond will be the keynote speaker April 24 at CenterState CEO’s 2019 annual meeting at the Oncenter. He plans to share what it takes to create a great workplace.
