Attorney Adam Mastroleo from Bond, Schoeneck and King was interviewed by NewsRadio 570 WSYR's Dave Allen, to discuss CenterState CEO's Return To Work Series – Employment Law Considerations, taking place May 26th at 9 a.m.
Adam will be leading Wednesday’s presentation on employment law implications for returning to in-person work. He will talk about issues related to vaccinations, including mandatory vaccination policies, leave, and accommodations; paid leave statutes, including the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, American Rescue Plan Act, New York Paid Vaccination Law, and New York Paid Family Leave Law; as well as workplace safety plans, including drafting, implementation and keeping them up to date.
